Principal's message

"Welcome to Arthur Phillip High School, where outstanding academic achievement and rich extracurricular opportunities come together to develop the leaders of tomorrow.

I am proud to lead a dedicated team of passionate professionals who are committed to fostering exceptional HSC results across all learning domains. In 2025, Arthur Phillip High School was recognised as one of NSW Public Schools’ most improved schools; a testament to the hard work and determination of our students and staff.

Our approach to High Potential and Gifted Education (HPGE) embraces the development of the whole student through the intellectual, creative, social-emotional, and physical domains. We provide a dynamic, technology-rich environment that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and creativity. Alongside academic excellence, our students have access to extensive extracurricular programs in arts, sports, and leadership, ensuring well-rounded growth and opportunity.

Central to our community are the STRIVE values: Respect, Responsibility, and Success. These principles underpin everything we do, fostering a supportive and respectful learning environment where every student can thrive.

Together, we are proud to exemplify how public education leads the way in academic excellence, innovation, and holistic development. We look forward to welcoming new students and families to experience the vibrant learning community at Arthur Phillip High School.”
