Tech Support
Below are the times the Tech Support team are available on the homebase levels.
Monday - Friday
Recess 1 - 10:00 - 10:30am (Year 7 & 8 - Level 2 Student Services)
Recess 1 - 10:00 - 10:30am (Year 9 & 10 - Level 6 Student Services)
Recess 2 - 11:45am - 12:10pm (Year 11 & 12 - Level 8 Student Services)
If students are in need of assistance during class, they may ask their teacher to make a ticket request which Tech Support will action as soon as they are able to.
Technology FAQ
The internet is accessible to all students and staff with the department Wi-Fi. The name of the Wi-Fi network is detnsw.
Login credentials can take up to a week from enrolment to come through to Tech Support to provide to new students.

Yes. We recommend all students have their own device but if one is not able to be purchased immediately or while a device is being repaired, we do have a collection of laptops that can be loaned out.
Please email the school with the student's full name, year group and an estimation of how long you are likely needing to borrow the device. We will then send a permission form home to be signed and provide the student a device to use for the duration.
