Evan began his teaching career and registered with the NSW Department of Education in 2010. He has also been a registered teacher in Queensland and the United Kingdom.
Prior to this, he was a clarinet and saxophone tutor and piano accompanist. Evan has performed as a freelance musician for over 25 years, playing with the Sydney Symphony, the Opera Australia orchestras, with theatre orchestras for “Les Miserables” and “Mary Poppins”, and with professional military concert bands including the NSW Police Band and the Air Force Band.
